Order Processing

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available on selected pincodes

- Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email
- You can track your shipment using the provided link until delivery
Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts
- If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it may be returned to us
- In such cases, re-shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details
- Indoi by Behna is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
Damaged Packages
- If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video
- Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos
