At Indoi by Behna, we ensure that every order is carefully checked before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive an item that is not as expected, our return policy is outlined below.

• The product is defective
• An incorrect item has been delivered

Return Conditions

1. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Clear images or videos showing the issue must be shared at the time of request
3. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Size or fit concerns
• Colour or style preferences
• Change of mind
• Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen differences
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Indoi by Behna.

At Indoi by Behna, refunds are processed in the form of store credit only, in line with our brand practices.

Refund Method

• Approved returns are eligible for store credit
• Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product only
• Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• Store credit is non-transferable and redeemable on future purchases

Important Notes

• We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method
• Shipping charges, COD fees, and other additional charges are non-refundable
• If an exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead
